For all of you karaoke lovers out there, this place is spectacular whether you are staying the night or just looking for a good time. It is perfect for birthdays or any celebration. The Dean has its own German beer garden for beer lovers. If you have time to kill before your karaoke reservation or are looking for a more intimate bar the Magdalene room is great! The Boombox karaoke bar downstairs has a big open room if you don't mind singing in front of people, but if you prefer singing just amongst friends or loved ones, rent your own private room (for 2-20 people). They have a virtually endless music selection and a bar in the main room to keep drinks flowing and rid yourself of any inhibitions. This is Providence's first and only karaoke lounge!
We scored a Groupon deal and were lucky enough to spend the night here. This hotel features fine Matouk linens in every room which are a treat in and of itself. If you are staying in the area for the weekend you must visit their factory store about twenty minutes away in Fall River, Massachusetts to take home a luxurious momento from your stay here at the Dean and to enjoy all year long. Before hitting the road, stop into the famous Bolt Coffee Co. in the hotel to grab yourself a rich espresso or smooth latte. It's the best around!
